Note:
To scan images at 1200 dpi, please use our supplied ViiSan software. It can scan up to 1200x1200 DPI for full-size A3 documents on Windows OS.
For MacOS, the VF3120 scanner software can achieve 1200 dpi for a full-size A3 document. Regarding WIA, we currently only support scanning up to 600 dpi due to limitations imposed by Microsoft.
